Concept: Living in Layers Design Concept Wallaya Home is conceived as a hybrid environment where living and working coexist within a unified architectural language. The spatial organization is defined through a sequence of split levels and stepped platforms, creating a clear hierarchy while maintaining visual and spatial continuity. Rather than separating functions with walls, the design uses changes in elevation, courtyards, and landscape elements to subtly define different zones. This strategy allows the house and office to operate simultaneously while preserving privacy, comfort, and a sense of openness. Natural light, internal gardens, and carefully framed views are integrated throughout the architecture, allowing nature to become an essential part of the spatial experience. As users move through the house, the architecture unfolds gradually through a layered sequence of spaces, creating moments of discovery, connection, and retreat.
